Spotting a scam
- Nobody from YaPi will ask for your bank password, PIN or OTP, by phone, chat or email.
- A payment has arrived when the bank confirms it, not when a customer shows a screenshot or a success screen.
- If a call or message feels wrong, stop and contact us through the official channels below.
